"I'm changing my initial review from the first day I switched over... I have never had such horrible service from an insurance agency! At first, Miesha seemed really professional and easy-going. Miesha told me the day I switched over, to choose the 17th for a start date with statefarm, even though I called on the 10th, which actually wound up costing me way more with my previous insurance agency. But then I realized a couple of weeks in, that I was charged for life insurance, when all I called for was car and home insurance. We spoke on the phone for over 45 min and not once did we discuss life insurance. She even stated that I would see 2 separate charges for car and rental insurance. I noticed 3. I was also getting harrassed daily, hourly, by the life insurance people to complete my questionnaire for my application. I called them and they said I needed to call the location I say up insurance with to cancel the life insurance. I called the location on a Thursday, spoke to Brody, and he said he'd figure out what was going on and call me back. Didn't hear anything from him again. Then I called on Tuesday of the following week, spoke to a woman who sounded like she really hated her job. She assured me that she would have Miesha call me and get this straightened out. Never heard from her or Miesha. Then I called the following week and I think I spoke to the same woman, but she wouldn't allow me to speak to Miesha or the owner. I asked for a supervisor and she said that was Miesha. She assured me she would stop the upcoming payment and provide a refund. She, again, said that Miesha would call me. I NEVER heard from her. I finally received my refund via check in the mail, 3 weeks later. I'm not the type of person to complain, and if Miesha had simply called me right away and said something like, "oh I'm so sorry, I misunderstood you on the phone, I'll get this situated right away," then maybe I would have been a little bit okay. I've been with statefarm less than a month and I'm already looking for another insurance company. I'm about to cancel. BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES."

And saved us hundreds of dollars. I can’t say enough about how professional and kind he and his staff are. With any questions or needs, they respond within a matter of minutes and have it taken care of. I am so happy I changed to State Farm as I had been hearing so many good things about them. Recently, I sent a text to my daughter telling her the street I was on, so that she would know how soon I would be meeting up with her. Somehow, the voice memo thought I gave Barry’s name as a recipient. I was very impressed when soon after, Barry reached out to be sure I was OK and did not need anything.
