ABOUT OUR AGENCYI’m a Baylor University graduate and have been a State Farm agent for 4 years, after spending two and a half years working as a team member for an agent in San Antonio. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear vision for building a high-performing agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Connor Harris - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
